PROJECT BRIEF:
The first green, hybrid condominium in Cebu.

Staying true to its vision of providing Cebu with alternatives that will truly improve one’s quality of life within the context of a fast paced, stressful modern world, Innoland is embarking on a bold initiative. Its 26 storey organically designed, green building located in Asiatown IT Park will be a community within a bigger community with retail, office and residential components in one building, one address.

Estimated to cost over P1 billion, the Calyx Centre will have amenities designed to make condominium living enviable. The building will sit on a 2,953 sq.m. premium lot beside Asiatown’s "The Walk".

The residential tower's units will actually be on the 11th floor, a storey above the transition level at the 10th floor which will have two gardens. The bigger one is designed as an active zone with a lap and wading pool, a gym, shower rooms, a laundromat, two function rooms for parties and business meetings exclusively for residents. The smaller garden facing northeast will accommodate yoga, meditation, reading, and quiet conversations in an outdoor setting. The Calyx Centre is located in a prime location within Asiatown IT Park.

Strategically placed in the uptown area of Cebu City at the crossroads leading to key districts, the IT Park is an excellent jump off point to the airport, the seaport, nearby Cebu Business Park, and downtown.
